Crazy Crayons begins to process your order immediately after you click the SUBMIT ORDER button. Because of our system processes, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it is submitted.

Currently, we do not ship to U.S. Territories, APO/FPO, Canada or other international addresses.

Order Processing:

Normal order processing can take 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday).

Shipping Delivery:

For standard ground delivery, you can expect delivery within 3-10 business days from your order date (business days are Monday-Friday, excluding Holidays). Standard Shipping combines the capabilities of Fed Ex, DHL and USPS, delivering packages to you more efficiently. You’ll receive an email with tracking information when your order is shipped.

Free Shipping:

All Retail orders over $30.00 qualify for Free Standard Shipping.

All Wholesale orders over $250.00 qualify for free shipping

Shipping Promotions:

Orders qualifying for FREE shipping promotions are shipped via our Standard Ground Shipping service only. FREE or discounted shipping is available in the USA only.

Product Availability:

Orders are accepted with the understanding that stock is available at the time the order is placed. In some instances, limited availability may prevent us from shipping the quantity you requested. In the event that this occurs, you will receive an email if the status changes on any of the product within your order.

Multiple boxes:

We may ship your order to you in multiple boxes depending on the order size and item size.

 

Return Policy

To return a product to Crazy Crayons LLC, you will need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by sending an email along with your order number to info@crazycrayons.com.

NO returns of any type will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Crazy Crayons LLC. does not accept exchanges, returns or defectives purchased from other retailers. Used products are nonrefundable.

To return an item purchased from crazycrayons.com include the following information:

  1. Order Number
  2. Give a reason for return
  3. Attach photos of the item(s) being returned
    • We require photos of the following:
      • Products in their original packaging
      • The outside of the original packaging
  4. Once you have submitted the return request, Crazy Crayons will respond with approval and will provide an RMA number.

Note: please do not return goods without an RMA number. This will delay the return process and delay credit to your account.

Crazy Crayons accepts returns on merchandise within 30 days of original purchase from crazycrayons.com for a full refund of the product’s purchase price only (shipping costs will not be reimbursed). All products must be unused and returned in its original packaging in like new condition. Product will be inspected upon return to see if it meets this criteria.

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to Crazy Crayons on returned items. We do not accept COD (cash on delivery) for returned items. Please allow up to 30 days for your return to be processed by mail. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your credit card/financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.

If Crazy Crayons approves the return of defective items we will pay the shipping charges to send your replacement products.
